Our Properties

Our inventory of rental properties are all privately owned units at Aruba’s finest resorts. Note that our rentals are mostly for full 7-day periods, beginning on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, depending upon the particular resort’s time structure. Exception is for La Cabana Resort & Casino in which some owners may split their weeks into partial weeks, Except during Holiday Weeks and some high season dates. Extra nights are available at several resorts, with their rental prices, to help meet your needs of arrival or departure days.

Private Homes, Villas & Apartments

Rentals are also now available for any day check-ins and range in sizes from apartments for 2 & private up to 6 bedroom villas, some on the beach. Simply contact us today for your family or business group today.

Rental Rates and Additional Fees
Rental rates listed are based on average wholesale rental prices. In some cases, the rates supplied in your quotes may be lower or higher, so feel free to “Contact Us” with your needs so that we may present your with the current availability and the rate(s). ALL RATES ON THE ONLINE LISTINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME

The Aruba government imposes an ” Energy Tax ” which is payable at checkout. The only other costs that may be associated with your rental unit would be for security deposits, telephone calls, meals, beverages, selected resort activities and sport rentals, items of personal nature, transportation to and from resort/airport, faxes, internet hook up, groceries, souvenirs, additional cots or cribs, etc. for which the resort may charge a nominal fee.

Booking a Suite

To book your suite(s), send us an email, fill out our “Contact Us” form, or phone toll-free Toll-Free at 1-800-886-7822. For Direct Rentals we require a deposit of 10 – 30 % to Reserve the suite, with the balance due within 90 days of the rental date. Many of the discounted weeks and All Timeshare access weeks require full payment at the time of reservations. Each will be explained at the time of your request.

Confirmation of Your Rental

After receiving the balance due, the owner will confirm your rental with the resort and obtain a confirmation letter and/or number for you. We will forward this confirmation to you via fax and/or mail. Simply take the confirmation letter(s) with you to the resort and present to the front desk at check in. Some resort timeshare weeks final confirmation papers may take up to two weeks prior to chekc-in before they will be supplied. In these cases a “Soft Confirmation” will be supplied.

How Do I know that My Suite Will be There When I Arrive?

While we do protect our owners, via the non-refundable nature of your payment, we also protect our clients. All of our owners are required to submit proof of ownership AND proof that their maintenance fees are current before we will list their properties. In event unit is unavailable a replacement unit of same quality or upgrade will be provided, subject to our supply of the unit only.
